Assistant Manager

• Network Architecture & Infrastructure Management
• Architect, implement, and maintain high-performance core routing and switching infrastructure using Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, and MikroTik equipment.
• Design and deploy scalable FTTx network solutions, optimizing end-to-end connectivity for enterprise clients.
• Manage IIG load balancing and traffic engineering to guarantee high Quality of Service (QoS) and seamless network redundancy.
• Direct upstream ISP coordination to rapidly resolve high-level escalation issues and maintain maximum uptime.
• Security, Systems & Server Administration
• Oversee perimeter security by configuring and managing client enterprise firewalls (Sophos, Fortinet).
• Administer virtualization environments using VMware ESXi and Citrix XenServer, managing VM deployments, snapshot strategies, and system images.
• Manage critical Linux network services, including FTP, DNS, Name Servers, and Log Servers.
• Administer web hosting and email infrastructure across cPanel/WHM, Vesta Control Panel, and Qmail.
• Network Monitoring, Backup & Disaster Recovery
• Design and deploy enterprise Network Management Systems (NMS) using Nagios Core, Cacti, Observium, LibreNMS, and The Dude for proactive fault detection.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive backup strategies and Disaster Recovery (DR) plans to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Perform routine health checks, system audits, and capacity planning across core network nodes.
• Leadership, Project Management & Operations
• Lead technical teams, aligning operational workflows with management requirements and corporate objectives.
• Drive project lifecycle management from initial architecture design and budgeting to execution and deployment.
• Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
• Provide agile technical support and execute high-priority directives as assigned by senior management.
